Our Process

When you purchase a piece of furniture from Coley Home, you are getting more than just a fabulous made-to-order design – you are helping uplift our local community. We design and manufacture everything ourselves, and we source a majority of materials within 100 miles of our plant. Our incredible team pours unmatched expertise into each and every piece they create, and the end product is something you’ll cherish in your home for years to come.

Accounting & Operations Associate | Full-Time Position

Coley Home is looking for an accounting & operations associate that is detail oriented and organized. This individual should be familiar with bookkeeping and/or have an accounting/finance interest/background. They will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative tasks for Coley Home's day to day operations!

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • A/P Invoice Entry
  • Invoice/Bill Customers
  • Monthly Reconciliations
  • A/R Follow Up
  • Help Sophie with miscellaneous admin tasks

Operations Responsibilities:

  • Order Entry Backup
  • Help Quote Customers
  • Send White Glove Quotes & Bill

Qualifications:

  • Finance or Accounting Background or Degree
  • Bookkeeping experience is preferred, not required
  • Attention to Detail

Location: Charlotte, NC
