Our frames are made with responsibly harvested engineered hardwood with interlocking glued joints that are corner blocked for durability.
Our hand-crafted seat cushion features a 1.8 or better density, high-resilient foam core that is wrapped with a super soft high-resilient fiber blended with North American waterfowl feathers. The cushion is then sewn into a down-proof ticking to prevent migration of the feathers through the fabric. The seat cushion for each product has been thoughtfully crafted to ensure optimal comfort. In order to achieve the most comfortable sit, foam density and fiber fill will vary between pieces.
Loose pillows are filled with high resiliency fiber encased in a non-woven ticking. They are channeled to maintain shape and long-lasting durability.
Heavy gauge wire sinuous springs made of 80% recycled metal and used to provide seating comfort, superior suspension, and durability. Webbed seat bases are used in applications where sinuous wire springs are not an option.
Legs are 100% oak legs that are sanded, sealed, stained, and finished by hand.
None of the foam used in our products contain flame retardants. All of our products are TB117-2013 compliant.
Spot clean upholstery immediately after any spills or stains occur by blotting the area using a mild solvent and clean cloth. Allow the area to air dry naturally. Slipcovers may be dry cleaned or machine washed if the fabric permits.

All orders placed before 2 PM (EST) will be entered into production that day, any orders placed after 2 PM will go into production the following business day.
Our Cab Sofas are manufactured in 10 business days. As we get closer to completing your order we will be in touch with shipping information. We ship most of our larger furniture items via a freight service, although some single quantity items may ship UPS Ground.
As soon as the item is picked up from our facility, a team member will be in touch with tracking, delivery information, and delivery contact information. Typically, the freight service will reach out to the customer (using the contact information provided at time of order) to schedule the delivery appointment. If your order ships UPS Ground, stay tuned for a tracking email to follow along.
Using our complimentary freight curbside delivery, the freight carrier will deliver the piece(s) to a safe place on the property – they will not bring the items to your front door or inside the home/assist with room of choice delivery. Any delivery upgrades requested by the receiver will be invoiced after delivery.
