Our founder, Coley, built Coley Home with the mission that buying furniture should never be stressful. Our direct-to-consumer approach allows us to offer luxury products at affordable price points, without sacrificing quality and care.

Our Process

When you purchase a piece of furniture from Coley Home, you are getting more than just a fabulous made-to-order design – you are helping uplift our local community. We design and manufacture everything ourselves, and we source a majority of materials within 100 miles of our plant. Our incredible team pours unmatched expertise into each and every piece they create, and the end product is something you’ll cherish in your home for years to come.

Design & Customer Relations Consultant | Full-Time Position

Coley Home is looking for a Design Consultant who is passionate about the brand, detail oriented, and good with people. As part of this team, you will be working one-on-one with customers and Trade Members to ensure they have a great experience with Coley Home, both online and in our showroom. This individual should have interior design knowledge and strong communication skills.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Manage one-on-one communications with customers and trade members
  • Help with design quotes and questions
  • Coordinate COM order details with trade partners
  • Work with Head of Operations to relay order updates
  • Assist charlotte showroom visitors by educating them on our products and order process
  • Facilitate order process and trade account set ups


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Interior Design knowledge
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Organizational Skills
  • Good with people
  • Solutions oriented
  • Experience in Shopify is a plus, but not required

Showroom and Events Manager | Part-Time Position

Coley Home is looking for a Showroom and Events Manager with great taste and people skills. This individual will run the showroom in Charlotte, NC and work with the founders on all events held at the showroom.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Helping drop-in customers with selections and orders
  • Scheduling meetings with local designers to show new products and fabrics
  • Work with Coley on ordering new pieces as things sell
  • Tidy up showroom and refresh flowers once a week
  • Coordinate all pop-ups and work with marketing team to help promote
  • Plan and coordinate two designer dinner parties a year at the showroom
  • Execute once a year sample sale if inventory allows
