Our Process

When you purchase a piece of furniture from Coley Home, you are getting more than just a fabulous made-to-order design – you are helping uplift our local community. We design and manufacture everything ourselves, and we source a majority of materials within 100 miles of our plant. Our product developers, sewers, trimmers, and upholsterers pour unmatched expertise into each and every piece they create, and the end product is something you’ll cherish in your home for years to come.

Customer Support & Accounting Coordinator | Full-Time Position | Entry Level

Coley Home is looking for a customer support & accounting coordinator that is detail oriented and organized. This individual should have a background in business, internal operations, and/or analytical skills. They will need to be comfortable working with numbers and performing administrative tasks for Coley Home’s day to day operations!

Customer Support Responsibilities:

  • Order Entry Backup
  • Managing Shipping Coordination
  • Help Quote Customers
  • Send White Glove Quotes & Bill

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • A/P Invoice Entry
  • Invoice/Bill Customers
  • Monthly Reconciliations
  • A/R Follow Up
  • Filing Invoices
  • Miscellaneous Admin Tasks

Qualifications:

  • Finance or Accounting Background or Degree is preferred, not required
  • Bookkeeping Experience is preferred, not required
  • Attention to Detail and Organized

Showroom & Data Entry Associate | Full-Time Position | In-Office

Coley Home is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to manage our Charlotte showroom and assist with website data entry during downtime. This hybrid role offers a unique blend of customer-facing interaction and behind-the-scenes support — perfect for someone who is equally comfortable engaging with clients and working independently on a computer.

An interest or background in interior design is a plus, but not required.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain detailed marketing schedules to keep the team organized and on track
  • Welcome and assist customers in our Charlotte showroom
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom space
  • Provide product knowledge and guide customers through selections
  • Assist with data entry and website content updates during non-showroom hours
  • Support the marketing and e-commerce teams with occasional administrative tasks
