In-House Interior Designer & Fabric Specialist | Full-Time Position, In-Person Only
We are seeking an In-House Interior Designer & Fabric Specialist with a strong design eye, experience in textiles and interiors, and a passion for creating beautiful spaces. This role will work closely with the Head of Design on interior projects, showroom styling, fabric sourcing, and creative initiatives for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with in-house interior design projects for customers
- Create room layouts, furniture plans, and assist with floorplans
- Help plan showroom and market layouts
- Ensure the showroom is always aesthetically pleasing, organized, and presentation-ready
- Present the Head of Design with creative ideas and opportunities for improvement
- Plan and execute design-driven events within the showroom
- Assist with fabric, leather, trim, and material sourcing for in-line product development
- Help maintain and organize the in-house design and textile library
- Support the overall visual direction and styling of the brand
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of interior design, space planning, and furniture layouts
- Experience working with textiles, upholstery, and materials
- Exceptional taste level and a strong eye for design, color, scale, and proportion
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Previous experience in interior design, textiles, or furniture/interiors industry preferred

Sewer
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sewer to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for sewing high-quality upholstery components according to production specifications while maintaining the craftsmanship and quality standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sew upholstery components, cushions, slipcovers, pillows, and furniture covers
- Read work orders and production documents accurately
- Inspect materials before and during production for defects
- Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous industrial sewing experience preferred
- Upholstery or furniture manufacturing experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Packing Coordinator
We are looking for a Packing Coordinator who would be responsible for ensuring all finished furniture is properly prepared,inspected, packaged, and staged for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily packing operations
- Inspect finished furniture for quality and order accuracy
- Package furniture according to company standards
- Verify labels, shipping documents, and order information
- Work closely with Shipping, Upholstery, Customer Service, and Quality teams
- Maintain packing supplies and staging areas
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, packing, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
