Our frames are crafted from responsibly harvested engineered hardwood, featuring interlocking glued joints and corner blocks for added durability.

Heavy gauge wire sinuous springs are made of 80% recycled metal and used to provide seating comfort, superior suspension, and durability.

All of the foam used in our pieces is CertiPUR-US® certified, meeting strict standards for content, emissions, and durability. None of the foam in our products contains flame retardants, and all of our products are TB117-2013 compliant.

Our Plush Back Cushions are made of 100% microfiber. This high end fill provides a resilient back which will help your cushions keep their shape over time. Plush fill is also hypoallergenic and environmentally friendly. Our seat cushions feature a high-resilient foam core that is wrapped in a fiber-down blend and sewn into a down-proof ticking.

Our swivels feature a steel 360 ball-bearing non-return swivel base.

Spot clean upholstery immediately after any spills or stains occur by blotting the area using a mild solvent and clean cloth. Allow the area to air dry naturally. Slipcovers may be dry cleaned or machine washed if the fabric permits.

Shipping

We’re pleased to offer complimentary threshold delivery with every order. This service includes delivery of your item(s) to a secure, accessible location on your property, such as a front porch. Please note that threshold delivery does not include bringing items inside your home, garage, or into a specific room.

If the delivery carrier provides any upgraded services at the time of delivery, the associated charges will be invoiced separately after the fact.

At checkout, you’ll have the option to request a White Glove Delivery Quote, which includes in-home delivery and setup. Please be aware that selecting this premium service may extend your delivery timeline by 2–4 weeks.

Returns & Made-to-Order Policy

Because each piece is made-to-order, we are only able to accept returns in cases of manufacturing defects or quality issues.

We kindly ask that you inspect your item upon delivery and report any damage or concerns immediately—both to the delivery carrier and to our team at hello@coleyhome.com.
