For upholstered furniture, finding something both beautiful and comfortable can be challenging. At Coley Home, our team strives to deliver both. Members of our product development team have been in the furniture industry for almost four decades. From the comfort level of the arm height and plushness of the seat cushion, to the top stitching and welt detail, there isn't a single detail missed. Each component of your piece is thoughtfully curated and designed by some of the best in the industry.
Handcrafted from responsibly harvested upholstery grade plywood panels, our frames feature interlocking mortise and tenon joints for strength and stability. On our sofas and larger chairs, hand-stained oak legs are integral to the frame, speaking to the overall quality and longevity of the piece.
Our furniture features heavy gauge wire sinuous springs made of 80% recycled metal – applied by hand! For more petite frames, elastic webbing suspension is used for added support and comfort.
As soon as you order your piece, our team immediately begins the cut and sew process. After your fabric is cut by hand, it is sent to our skillful sewers who carefully surge each piece together, or prepare it for upholstery.
Meticulously adding padding and the first layer of muslin, the upholsterers now bring your furniture frame to life. Seats and seat backs are upholstered with a highly resilient foam core and a fiber wrap for added comfort.
The trim team brings your custom-designed piece to the finish line, adding in all of the fun details selected by you! Your piece is brought to life as your contrast welt and outback are carefully applied.
Last but certainly not least, our team carefully packs each piece to ensure safe delivery. We partner with carriers who strive to deliver your piece as soon as possible!
