Meet Marian, Head of Customer Relations and Order Management

Meet Marian, one of our newest employees! She is our Customer Experience guru - from emails to phones, she helps our customers with everything. We love her infectious positivity and funky earrings! Read on to learn all about Marian and all she does at Coley Home.

Marian is from Statesville, NC - not far from our manufacturing plant in Claremont, NC!

"Growing up in a town so close to the heart of furniture manufacturing was inspiring as I was around families and individuals who lived and breathed furniture. The entire manufacturing process has always fascinated me and knowing there are people that are a part of my community and the surrounding towns who create these beautiful pieces just makes me so proud to be from this area of the state."

She attended North Carolina State University, where she met Coley, one of our founders!

After graduating, she went onto work at NTG (Nolan Transportation Group), where she was responsible for evaluating and providing logistics solutions for clients across various industries. She specialized in managing high-touch accounts with complex, time sensitive projects. During her 9 years at NTG, she was recognized as one of the top performing brokers in the company and was selected to be on the founding committee for NTG Women in Logistics.

Marian came to work at Coley Home in January 2024, where she took over Customer Service and Order Operations! She assists both designers and customers with questions about our products, order entry, shipping logistics, and everything in between.
